Veridian Grove, a gated estate community from Sabal Development just broke ground in Kendall this week. The South Florida Business Journal reports that the homes should be available in the fourth quarter of 2019 and will be priced from $2.6 million.
Located at 8290 S.W. 120th Street, the modern homes’ floorplans include features like outdoor summer kitchens and double-height great room. The development’s amenities include a wellness center, children’s playground, and a digital concierge with seamless iPad and smartphone integration.
