Sabal Development is planning 20 luxury homes priced from $2.6 million in south Miami-Dade as part of a custom-home community called Veridian Grove.
The homes at 8290 Southwest 120 Street will start at 6,000 square feet with lot sizes starting at 15,000 square feet, according to a press release. Buyers will have the opportunity to custom-design their homes, which will be set in a gated community. One Sotheby’s International Realty has been brought on as the exclusive sales and marketing firm.
An affiliate of Sabal Development, led by Pascal Nicolai, bought the property in 2015, records show. No price was recorded.
Veridian Grove will be designed by architecture firms Sotolongo Salman Henderson Architects and TOGU Architecture. Features of the homes will include a digital concierge, pools, summer kitchens and rooftop terraces, according to the release. Home buyers will have access to a wellness center with a heated lap pool, steam room, sauna and fitness center.
